WellScreen Monterey:

• A Free Screening and Referral Tool for Monterey County Community Members: You will be asked questions related to your mental health and wellbeing. When you're finished, you'll be able to see how you're currently doing in important areas such as anxiety, depression, and substance use risk.

• Resources and Local Services: We'll match you to the best resources and local services for you based on your responses. You'll be directed to either call or visit Monterey County Behavioral Health ACCESS, find more information on local substance use providers, explore local services, and/or explore self-help resources.

• Voluntary and Confidential: You do not need to provide your name or register for an account to see your results. If you would like, you can share your results with your counselor, therapist, doctor, or mental health professional once you're done.
